I think so you can claim the Deduction of the Repayment of Loan u/s 80C.

As per section 80C
there is deduction for repayment of
loan taken from/central/state govt/any other bank/national housing bank
for purchase or construction of residential house property.
i want to say that it is not mentioned that you must pay your loan in installment. it means you can pay it in a singal amount.

As per section 80C
there is deduction for repayment of
loan taken from govt/any other bank/national housing bank
for purchase or construction of residential house property.
it is allowed on the basis of actual payment.
it is no where mentioned that you must pay your loan in installment or lumpsum.
