Can anybody please tell whether 80C and 80D deduction will still be allowed of return is filed after due date??

Yes.
Only penalty u/s. 234F will be applicable ...

yes, it's tax free since this interest is not from fd or sb account

If interest is not received till date and we offer it on accrual basis in income tax return , then still will it be exempt??
