Can father and mother claim deduction of 150000 tuition fee in sec 80C if the tution fee in 600000...???

Tuition fee should not include any admission fee, donations or other fees..
purely tuition fee paid is eligible to get deduction

yes they can claim deduction u/s 80c individually if they have paid separately the tuition fees
