80-ib urgent

Whether a company claim dedcuction u/s. 80-IB if the amount of total investment in plant & machinery exceeds Rs. 1 crore in during the year under consideration. Initially, the compamy was registered as small scale industry with the concerned authorities and the product manufatured by it is not covered in Schedule XI.

Any judgments in this regard.
