Can employee get Income Tax benefit if he produce the receipt of donation to approved fund (under 80g) or he should claim it during filling the Income Tax return . Please explain.

Hi Subodh
Employee is eligible for 80G.If he produce the receipt of donation to the company..But practically most of the companies are not giving the 80G benefit .. In that case you need to file your recepit along with your Return and .. take a refund from the Department

It means if any employee prouduce the receipt to me I can give him exemption of Income Tax accordingly right? Please confirm again.
