HEY ALL,
This is sowmya here.

I am going to appear for CA final in May 08.
and so far the classes i  have gone is IDT

here are my questions
please ..............guide me
1.Is self study poosible? iam asking this becoz i have been used to classes in inter....so i have  a doubt as to is self study possib

2.Im too late for classes it seems .I was trying for  online regisrt of  leading coaching clz  iin chennai since 4.30AM but i could nt get register....

I feel  like there is a very big question mark befor e me

PEOPLE READING THIS MAY FEEL LIKE WAT IS THIS GIRL NOT UNABLE TO TAKE DECISION HERSELF

but i know decision taken in panic and tensed condition will result in collapse/

u can register fr the nov.. batch too fr the exams..//

Hi Sowmya

As Suman said, you have a lot of time for exams, In my view, it is better for you to join any coaching classes, as it will take time for the mind to adapt itself for self study (as you said that you were accustomed to coaching classes in inter) and secondly the course of CA final is very vast and in tuition you get the knowledge of how to tackle the questions in the exams, what should be the strategy to crack the questions, what is important and what is not.

Regarding your inability to register for classes, this is my personal opinion and experience, Go for registration of any subject with full amount of cash in hand and some good excuses, i think they will surely register you. (all of the above are my personal opinion)

Hi Sowmya,

If we wish to go forward in life we need to change our approach in lot of things. Going to coaching just for the heck of it is a very bad idea.

we should know what are the specific benefits a particular subject coaching is going to give you? u shud ask-"cant i study all this even without coaching?

for example- I am already a CS. however i might be going for a coaching in law-Jayaraman. taking coaching from him helps us presenting a papers in Law, IDT and DT better. so its not for subject matter. i think m good at it already. still i am going because it will help me present my papers better

so unless u have this logic DONT GO FOR A COACHING. and be very selective in coachings also. they need to do some really good value addition for u to go for it
