54f exempt joint property

Hi,

I have 1 house in my name, purchased way before capital asset was transferred. call it h1

Second house is joint with my wife, but she has paid all amount for same. call it h2

To avail 54f can I consider h2 or do I need to acquire another house within stipulated time of 2 years.
