Plz resolve my query regarding 54F
The assessee has given 58% of his land to Joint developement and go 42% of superbuilt up area as a consideration... which comes to 3 Flats... Can he claim the Exemption U/s 54F for al 3 Flats considering it as one residential unit or in any other way???
