SEEING THIS POSTINGS STUDENTS CAN MAKE DECISION TO DROP OR QUIT CA SEEING LIKE THIS SALARY FOR INTER AND CA COMPLETION. SO IT WILL BE GOOD IF ADMIN BLOCK LIKE THIS POSTINGS AND MAKE RESTRICTION WHICH WILL BE BELOW 3LAK...

Dear Students,

All this is Bakwas, don't go with salaries posted below 3.5 Lacs, they are just making funs. (It looks)

The actual salary is ranging between 3.5 Lacks to 6.00 Lacks for an average student to begin the carrier.

As per latest saalry survey, the average salary of CA's having 1 yr experience is 9.2 Lacks per annum .. hmm, but this is because some CA's are getting more then 30 Lacks per annuam.. so don't go with salary surveys. But still join for a salary at least 3.5 (Mumbai main iss salary main join na kar lena)

all the best,

DM

Good initiative taken, this is need of an hour, and will surely motivate  the CA pursuing students to complete the course as well Chartered Accountants to get good package in the industry.

Should the new entrants in the profession opt for employment in the industry or private practice ?

employment in the industry

Paypacks are now quite handsome and as such employment would continue to  become
increasingly more lucrative as multinationals will turn paymaster par excellence.

In such a context those opting for self-employment will be less although there will be
lot of opportunities for the specialist.

private practice

Being in practice involves a huge opportunity cost.

If one could tide that over then the earning potential in practice could be limitless.

if you decide to go in for practice "invest in technology" and have a good infrastructure
for development of knowledge and in turn professional opportunities and practice.

I believe that good reference books are a must for every professional.

"You are all set on the threshold of your careers…..
only things you need now are :

good financial backing
your determination to set up your own practice
and
ability to work hard for it"

"a well organised office of a continuously trained staff will help
the CA to render better and wise services to his clients"

If you are a devotee of lord rama then you should join the industry
as rama was famous as wonderful husband of sita only and a great king.

but if you are a follower of sri krishna who was famous as a wonderful lover
of 108 Gopees

then you can think of joining the profession which demands the passion.

A passion and ambition to serve, nuture 108 clients not for one.

It is a choice to be made according to the attitude of a particular professional and his way of life.

Please
Don’t Blame the employer for salary – that showing(Rs.50K) their capacity level…

Regards
K.Ilayaraja
