Yes, attended the Art of living classes twice. They have Ujjayi breathing which I loved more than Sudarshana Kriya.I met Sri Sri while in India and had a talk with Him too. That was a few years ago. Now, I guess it requires more than a mere appointment to meet and talk him!
The course is good. However, Im practicing much advanced methods of Tantraic,Reiki andother meditations and practices. There have even been some miracles and visions in my case and which made me become a complete vegetarian and an ascetic of sorts these days!(Maybe my future wife(Menaka?) should break this penance of mine!)
However, I gave this simple exercise regimen because it is easy to do for an average CA student, who otherwise remains blissfully unaware, just 10 minutes; if you get the hang of it and is relatively tension free.
Friendly neighbourhood,
Vidhyashankar
P.S:Lot of research has been done over the past hundred years on this technique. This technique is as old as the mountains they say. There is a book called
"Six Tibetan rites"--By Peter Kelder(The sixth rite is a s*xual control rite, which maintains celebacy, prevents masturbation-type of thoughts and conserves life-energy.But I felt that was too advanced so just gave some information online about 5 Tibetan rites.Infact there is also a 7th rite which involves chanting Om in a particular way. This is known as the mantra rite.)
