Sec. 44 AF WILL become INOPERATIVE for A.Y. beginning on or after 1-4-2011. it will be merged with new amended sec. 44 AD
Yes Mr. Mohit is right. This ammendment came with Finance Act, 2009.
yes its still applicable for A/Y-2010-2011
