pls ans any one to my qus is if assesse of 44ae when he will come or apply 44ad

if his turnover is below Rs.20000000 &there is no commission income...
if assessee covered in 44A(e) then he has no option to opt for 44A(d) a since 44A(d) apply to specified professional
business referred in 44ae doesn't apply to 44ad
