44ADA return itr3

Is the following itr3 return technically OK & not defective?

1. Liable to maintsin accounts u/s 44AA - Yes

2. Liable to audit u/s 44AB - yes

3. Detailed PL & detailed BS filled.

4. Professional income specified u/s 44ADA in Sch BP as less than 50% of gross receipts.

Sir what if point 4 income u/s 44ADA, is not filled? Is it necessary to fill?

Not applicable in your case, as you have not declared income under any of those sections.

Sir yes of course, tax audit report has to be included. And to answer you, it is a doctor's return. I did not understand your point clearly. Please have a look at my original question again & tell me if it looks OK & not defective - The representation of professional income. Is it correct?

I repeat, you have not declared income u/s. 44ADA, but in normal case, by filling P&L sheet. So in Schedule BP sr. no. 1 is auto-filled. No need to fill anything in sr. 4 or 36. If so, no defect......
