A tax consultant just B Com is covered under 44ADA ?
If not he/she can show profit below 50% of Gross Receipt ?
No Can not covered under 44ADA , its for professionals .
Mr krishnan please let me know where it is mentioned that sales tax and Income tax profeesionals approved by laws are covered under 44ADA ?.
