A tax consultant just B Com is covered under 44ADA ?
If not he/she can show profit below 50% of Gross Receipt ?
No Can not covered under 44ADA , its for professionals .

if he was approved as sales tax professional or income tax professional by respective laws, he can opt for 44ADA

Mr krishnan please let me know where it is mentioned that sales tax and Income tax profeesionals approved by laws are covered under 44ADA ?.
