sir return has filed for last 5 years as books of accounts maintained u/s 44aa. but in actual no such books of accounts maintained.
and for AY 18-19 he wish to file his return u/s 44AD as books of accounts not maintained.
so what is recommended, if he should file his return u/s 44AD or not??
Yes... If Eligible Business and Assessee...
But.,
Note, If opt u/s 44ad then He must file u/s 44ad to next Four AYs.
Even if opt out from that sec then Tax Audit applicable...
