if yes means I show 50% income in ITR 4.

I think Gym Trainer is not fall under the category of professional hence u dont have to show your income under section 44ADA .
So you can opt Presumptive taxation and declare your income u/s 44AD with profit not less than 8% of turnover.

but in 26AS 94j they deduct TDS bro...
No Issue 94j sec.is for business & professional head and if you have shown your income u/s 44AD than its also treated as business income.
FILE Return u/s section 44AD of Income TAx Act, considered income as income from profession and Claim 50% as Income out of Total receipt.
