dear sir ,
on my confusion is sec 44ad can applicable for labour charges received , consulating charges . And real estate commission is also applicable for sec 44ad ? pls solve my quries... pls

44ad not applicable to persons carrying on any of these 3 business:
Professional business, commission income, agency business.

only labour charges get covered under 44AD. Commission income and professional fees are excluded from the purview of 44AD.
