We Audit and prepare report under 44AB cases,for those coming under 44 AD showing lower income than 8% limit.Whether efilling return with Digital Signature is Compulsory as per 44Ab Cases or is it Optional because of 44AD

Yes. Its mandatory to file with digital signature. Bcoz the notification clearly states that individual, huf and firms who files the income in ITR - 4 and liable for audit under 44AB should efile the return with digital signature. so sec.44AD has nothing to do with.
