No. section 44AE applicable to owners, who lease their vehicle, but not to lease holders of the vehicle

YOU CAN NOT OPT 44AE , THIS SECTION AVAIL FOR TRUCK OWNER WHO HAS LESS THAN 10 NOS TRUCK,
