Is 5 years condition to opt presumptive income ÌTR applicable to file ITR 4 for 44ADA just like 44AD if ITR3 has been filed in current assst.year.

No itr 4for ADA is not conditional as like 44AD and it for professionals not business.
in professional, income may be arise or not in future.

In ay 2017-18 I filed ITR4 (ADA)& in the current year i.e.2018-19 I filed ITR3. It means I can file ITR4 4(ADA) in 2019-20.
