44 AD Non Resident
Can a Non Resident Individual opt for 44 AD scheme? If not applicable then The same person opt for 44 ab rules applicable ?

44ad will not be applicable but 44ab will be applicable
Thanks sir 🙏. one more doubt 44 AB rules applicable means the limit for other than cash also applicable sir? (not more than 5% cash transactions) tax audit report not needed...
