i have a little bit confussion.regarding 44 ad...
whether 44 ad is applicable for professional (lawyer, ca ect.) ....any amendment made by Finance Act 2012.........

Dear Shruti,
since the provision uses the word "BUSINESS", I dont think professions such as CA/CS etc would be included under the section
