Employee contribution if not deposited before due date u/s 139(1), is it disallowed along with Employer's contribution ??

EPF deposited after due date will be disallowed for 80c deduction

Employee contribution if not paid before the specified due date of PF act will not be allowed as deduction. Employer contribution can claim if paid before the due date of filing the return. if it is paid after the due date and can be allowed in the year of payment.
