Service tax payable as at 31.03.2014 is not yet paid. The amount is not debited to the statement of profit or loss and the same was collected from customers. Whether this amount is liable for disallowance under section 43B.

It will be disallowed.
Please refer sec 145A of Income Tax Act this will clear your doubt.
