should the expenditure not be exceeded by 10000 a day, or the expenditure could exceed 10000 a day but the payment towards its repayment should not exceed 10000 a day

Payment to single person in a single day cannot exceed Rs. 10K in cash. Expenditure for the same can exceed the limit

The sec says, 10k to a Single Person in a Single day...

It's not restricted expenditures in a day. You can use any amount in a day as expenditure to multiple persons...

I do not see why the government has to poke so much around people's income. According to write my paper for me reviews we are paying taxes for everything we buy. Yet, government expects additional tax to be payed from the individual. It can be understandable if a person get millions of income but an average person cannot bear it.
