4 years housing loan

I have borrowed housing loan and repaid well before within 4 years.

i was claiming deduction u/s 24 for housing loan interest.

now I propose to sell the house, where I have no housing loan liability.

should I wait for 5years period having claimed housing loan interest or I can sell right away and pay capital gains if any applicable.

please advise
