Guys Please help me...Its my third year of articleship and I need to take transfer on medical grounds as my CA is torturing me like anything..M appearing in may 15 for both groups and he is not ready to approve the leaves even though m left with 120 leaves.
Plz tell me what r the documents required for transfer on medical grounds.
And If I intimate about my tranfer to my CA, he'll not sign the xam form. Then what is the solution??? Can I get the form signed by the new principal even though m not registered with him bcoz of the time required for termination and reregistration.
