MAY I ACCEPT THIS AT THE TIME OF I. T. RETURN OR AFTER AUDIT DUE DATE
It is advisable to accept audit report before filing ITR.
This is because if ITR is filed and audit report is not accepted when audit is applicable, may lead to ITR being defective u/s 139(9).
