Is there any option to revise 3B for the month of July? Which is saved and submitted

no revise for 3B Return but you can make the correction at the time of filling GSTR-3, GSTR-3 is the final one, later govt will issue notification for GSTR-3 for July, Aug, Sept. GSTR-3B is the provisional will discontinue after December.
