Yes it is sheer greatness and advantage of this club that you can ask questions to anyone and get reply from many members. Since you are a club member, you can ask questions. It's your privelege ! But I am just curious why you are asking questions to your boss, whom you can directly access by going straight into his room ?

I have received notice from sales tax office it shows hawala dealers for f.y.2008-09. While Filing Form704 we have taken set off of the hawala dealers. Now in notice it shows that we have to pay tax with int & penalty U/s30(2) & 30(4) of MVAt Act 2002.But at same time we have refund of Amt Rs.40434/- And we didnt carried forward to next year and we doesnt claimed refund. So in this situation I want pay interest or not . Please clear this confusion.
