3 set of b/s and p&l a/c

Why, you will sent 3 set of Balance sheet & Annual Accounts to ROC.

Though, ROC needs only 1 set to carry out Inspection of relevancy of Data. And 2 set will made the size of form heavier also.

So, Only 1 set can be sent

Sec.220 has already been amended to provide that only one copy has to be filed with ROC instead of 3 copies earlier.
