17 January 2010is it true that the coming batch of gmcs will be the last 15 day batch and that after that, 3 months residential is becoming compulsory?

No such proposal as of now. But in future anything is possible, though making 3 month residential programme mandatory in lieu of 15 day GMCS seems to be a very distant possibility.

yes but i heard from a few friends that there are rumours of this happening in the near future. anyone has any info on this?
