if a person is having two business out of which gst number is registered with one and other is non registered business
How do I show income of second business which is not gst registered ?

If you are registered under GST, all your businesses are covered under GST registration. It is not there that one business can be registered, while second business of same entity remains unregistered.
GST registration is for all India level with same PAN no.
