Why always be difference in totals of R2A as down loaded with that of table 8A of R9. Anybody has done some analysis on that. As per my view, it should be the same right?

8A is as on October 2019, where as GSTR2A is dynamic one
moreover unsubmitted, reverse charge are not considered in 8A
