My CA forgot to file form 29 B for AY 2012-13 hence the income tax department issued a demand for Rs.45500/- against Income Tax refund for current year. Can i file form 29 B in current year ? What is the time limit to file form 29 B ?

It is to be filed by your auditor, check with him if it can be filed now.
