26as printing problem

I have downloaded 26as in pdf but print option is not highlighted in the system please tell me how to enable print option in 26as

There is no reason why it will not let print you. May be technical issues with your system. Are you able to print other PDF files? Try Ctrl+P hotkey when form 26AS is open and see if the print window comes.

yes other pdf files are printing and crtl+p function is not working in 26as as printing not allowed is written in document properties

There is no problem to print Form 26AS, Pl check your system setting

there should not be any problem to print 26 AS in PDF file.

Right click on file and check if unblock icon is shown. If yes then unblock the file. Your printing issue might get resolved

Try with other browser... Or download latest browser in your system... It will print

Where have you downloaded it from, I have downloaded it from same TRACES and its allowing printing, how can yours be different? You documents seems to be locked and you will have to unlock it. See if there is any password restriction.

thanks my problem has been resolved. Actually i had adobe 8 software and problem was arising may be departments files' some configurations are not allowed in lower version.

I have installed adobe 9.5 and now print option is highlighting in 26as......
