Not by filing ITR of deductee Individual, but by revision of TDS return by Deductor.

As per form 16A, TDS certificate issued by deductor. But better to wait for final TDS certificate, issued by the deductor after revision of his TDS return.

You may file return as per available interest data and TDS certificate.
In case department calculates less refund, It will give less. But if afterwards any additional TDS available, you can go for rectification. So, go ahead.
