Single Transaction means if any person received cash above 2 Lac in single take

if we making invoice worth 5 lakh...
and amount received 3 equal installments.. ? is this transaction is single transaction ?

if we making 5 invoices 50000 RS each... ( 250000) .. amount received 5 equal installments .. this also covered I/s 269st
