If employee's taxable income is below 2.50k than his salary detail required to add in salary return? If its gross total income is above 2.50k

Yes. If the gross income is above the limit then it should be added in salary return
Sir i am asking for annexure 2 in salary return. Employees tds were 0" taxable income is below 2.50lakhs but just gross taxable income is above 2.50 lakhs then no required to mention them na
If you want to issue form 16 even for that employee you have to file Annezure 2.
So its not compulsory right sir
It ia mandate all the person entered in q4 tds statement should have salary annexure
Yes annex 2 compulsory but to include such above mentioned employees or not that is optional thats what i meant
it is not necessary
