whether it is necessary that consoliadted amount of Taxable amount shown in qaurtely TDS return in case of Salary should match with yearly salary detail given in annexure in fourth quarter.

In fourth quarter detail of employees need to be given who tax laibility is nil because while filing quartely return only those employee detail is given whose TDS has been deducted

In annexure II also you give details for those employees whom you have deducted tax thats enough
