AGM of company is 30.9.2014.....what is additional fees of 23ac and ACA if I filed form today or after 29.11.2014

Till 30/11/2014, penalty will be 4 times + normal filing fees. After this, 6 times penalty till 90 days.

Hello poonam ji if u qill file form till 30th nov fee will be 2 time plus actual fee. if uwill fil after 30th nov then fee will be 4 time additional
