pls any one can say the current disclosure requirement u/s. 217(2A) whether it is 2.00lacs p.m /24.00 lacs p.a or 3.00 lacs p.m or 36.00 p.a.

and we have to take the all the reimbursement for this computation

Ankur is right.

If you read section 217 (2A) (a) i and ii either employee salary during the financial year is more than Rs. 24 lac p.a. or Rs. 2 lac per month it is required to give disclosure in Directors' Report.

I understand that some companies do not include certain reimbursements such as telephone bills, gift vouchers for the purpose of remuneration. Is this practice right? Learned members like Ankur and Ajay can share their views.
