can we claim it at the time of registration.

Sir,
In my view 214/86, is define in Cenvat Credit rule 4 5(a) & B is very clearly in this regard you can sand the raw material, semi material, finished material for further manufacturing or job-work and material return within in 180 days otherwise interest should have deposit in this regard.
