No , you can't take ITC of f.y 2018-19 now in 2020 August or September .

No, You can not claim ITC of F.Y 2018-19, Now.. As time limit to Claim ITC for F.Y 2018-19 is already passed/expired

If itc show in gstr 2a but I have not cliam itc in books then 2018 19 f.y in annual return

No, You can not take ITC in any way, after expiry of time limit for same..
If it's reflected in GSTR 2A, than its automatically got lapsed in annual return..
