2017 sales
can we declare July -2017 sales in feb-19 GST return? because the sales of July-17 we declared short sales in gstr 3b.. but gstr-1 filed with correct figures..

yes you can.......... because in gstr 9 also it's taking the turnover figures from gstr 1 which you filed correctly....

Yes.. you can decalre before filing march month return..
but you have to pay interest @ 24%pA
