20% of penalty imposed under section 271 (1)(c) for stay of demand

I am demanded to pay 20% of penalty imposed under section 271 (1)(c) to grant stay of demand. Please guide how to generate challan to pay 20% of the demand. Also inform the account head to be selected to remit.
