we use 20 letter canned during water costing 35per from local suppliers,is there any GST on this

yes.you need to charge 18% on the packaged drinking water if you're registered under GST with morethan 20 lacs turnover.
but the vendor who supplies drinking water is not registered
if his turnover exceeds 20 lacs then definitely he should get registered and choose composition or normal based on the customers profile
