Yes, it is possible where distinguishable components are there and engaged in business activities different from each other.

As per proviso under sub clause 2 of section 25 CGST Act , yes can have 2 GSTN under same pan in one state
Provided that a person having multiple business verticals in a State or Union territory may be granted a separate registration for each business vertical, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
