I just come to know that my client have 2 gstin for the same firm...one of them I am filing regularly...for other one I just come to know... even client don't know regarding the same...earlier CA was saying that it is due to initial problems (at the time when GST first introduced).....both are active as on date..
What should I do....even I don't have the login ID password for the same...
Whether client have to pay penalty for the same...due to non filing..?
Apply for GST cancellation at service section of GST portal .It will take two weeks for cancellation .
File all your returns before cancellation
