I am an individual paying rent more
than 50k jointly with my company. now my side 50k not exceeds then can I deduct tds?

What is the meaning of "Jointly with company?
Who is book this expense in his/their books?
Are you/accounts under tax Audit...?

jointly means company also paying part of
the rent
tax audit is not applicable
in both books part of expenditure booking

sir I m paying rent for residential property of rs 42000 each to two co owners of a single property is Tax deduction liability arises in this case?
